1. How does “My Daily Flyer” work?
"My Daily Flyer" is an email based REALTOR®-to-REALTOR® networking service that allows you to distribute a high-quality HTML interactive "email flyer" to REALTORS® in your area, as well as other, feeder markets.
2. How much does it cost?
The simple answer is, not much. The total cost will depend on your home market, the type of flyer you choose, and the number of markets you select. Most Flyers to a single market cost under $20.
3. Why should I use “My Daily Flyer”?
There are many reasons to use our service, however, one of the most important is our full service model. We do the work. We gather the information, size and format your images, build your flyer and deliver it to your inbox for approval. We know how busy REALTORS® are, and that's why we offer a full service networking option for you.
4. Can I schedule the emailing?
You can request you flyer go out on a certain date or time, for instance, if you're using it to announce an Open House. We make every effort to accommodate special requests. However, in order to protect the value of our databases and maintain the value of our service, we retain control over the sending of Flyers. If your Flyer was sent at the same time as several others to the same market, it would be less likely to get the attention and recognition it deserved from REALTORS®.
5. Do you save my information?
Yes. Once you've created an account, you're information is saved.
6. Can I send my Flyer more than once?
Yes. Resends are available at a reduced rate and allow for changes to the text of the Flyer, such as price reductions, open house dates, etc.
7. What is the price of a resend?
Again, the final price of the resend will depend on the number and selection of markets that receive the flyer. Resends can be sent to more or different markets than the original Flyer.
8. Do I need to or can I provide my own email list?
You do not need your own list. If you have a list, that you would like to use, you should contact us regarding our customized services.
9. Can I send a copy of my Flyer to my client?
Yes. Make the request and provide the email address at the time of your order and we will include your client when we send your email flyer.
10. Do I also get a web page with my Flyer?
Yes. All Flyers are posted as stand alone pages on the internet. A link to the page is included in the email for those recipients who do not receive HTML email or whose email software is not compatible with the dynamic features incorporated into our Flyers.
11. Is “My Daily Flyer” compliant with spam laws?
Yes. "My Daily Flyer" is not spam. We only send to REALTORS® who have made their email addresses publicly available for the purpose of being contacted regarding real estate business. The CAN SPAM Act requires us to provide an "Unsubscribe" Link, which we do, included at the bottom of each Flyer.
12. I've approved my Flyer, when will it be sent?
Once your Flyer is approved, it is added to the outgoing queue. Most Flyers are sent within 24 hours from the time they are approved, however, actual times may fluctuate depending on the volume of Flyers ordered for a particular market.
13. Why don't you send my Flyer immediately after I approve it?
One reason that our Flyers are so effective, is that we manage and control the email distribution. If we bombarded our REALTORS® with several Flyers in an hour, they would be less likely to look at or pay attention to your Flyer. While we make every effort to accommodate your schedule or requests, the ultimate goal is to deliver Flyers in a manner that respects our participating network REALTORS® while providing the most benefit to our customers.
